Use the interactive vehicle Condition Diagram to add new damage information to the current Condition Report.
You can add new damage notes to the Condition Report for your rental car prior to commencing your rental. You are permitted to add notes and remove your own notes, however existing damage notes cannot be removed.
ADD DAMAGE NOTE Tap on the Condition Diagram in the location of the new damage you wish to record. Type a brief description in the Damage Description box, then click Save. The note will be added to the Damage Details table.
REMOVE DAMAGE NOTE Tap on a note number on the Condition Diagram and then click Delete. The note will be removed from the Damage Details table.
SAVE UPDATES Before leaving this page you must click Save Updates for the Condition Report to be updated. This will also automatically send an email to you with the updated Condition Report attached.
This table displays the current damage notes for this vehicle's Condition Report. Any damage notes that you add here will be added to this table and will be highlighed in bold.
Optionally add up to four photos of damage you wish to additionally record for your rental car. We will add these images to the updated Condition Report and this report will be sent to you by email.
Uploading photos works best using a smart device with camera attached as you can take a photo and upload this photo in one step. If you do not have a device with a camera attached, you may find it easier to take your photos and send them to us by email. To send by email, email us at email@example.com with your Reservation Code as the email subject and attach your photos.
UPLOAD PHOTOS Click on Click to Upload on any of the four upload boxes. Select your image, or if using a smart device, take a photo of the vehicle damage. The image will take a few moments to upload and will then display on the screen.
DELETE PHOTOS If you are not happy with the quality of an uploaded image, click on Delete and the image will be removed. You can then click on Click to Upload to upload or capture a new image.
